Join us from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12, at Hardwood Creek Library to explore the process behind the creation of a one-page comic. Do you like comics or graphic novels? In this course, we will develop basic story concepts, design effective page layouts and create single comic pages using pencils and a variety of pen and brush tools. Students will learn the basics of dramaturgy and comic-composition, giving you valuable insight into the process of adding suspense, action, humor and drama to a comic page. Basic drawing experience is a plus, but not required. Presented by Artistry.
