Access Digital Materials with Libby

  1. Download Libby by OverDrive from your device's app store. 
  2. Follow the prompts to find the MELSA: Twin Cities Metro eLibrary collection. If you already use the Libby app, you can add this collection to your account by following these instructions.
  3. Sign in with your Washington County Library card number and PIN. The default PIN for your account is the last four digits of your phone number.
