WashCoLib has a new mobile app!

We’re so excited to share that we have a new mobile app! With this new app, you can access your library account no matter where you are. The app also makes it easy to browse the library’s collections, check out or place a hold on items, and even renew items previously checked out.

If many people in your house use the library, you can link their accounts together to easily view multiple accounts all from the same device – a great feature for busy families looking to manage many library cards.

With the app you can also:

  • Use GPS to help locate the nearest library branch (and see whether it’s open).
  • Scan barcodes to check whether a book is available at the library.
  • More clearly search for physical materials, our digital collection, or both!
  • Browse our collection and get book recommendations via carousels of new titles.

If you are interested in downloading the WashCoLib app, search for “Washington County Library” in your app store today (or get to the app directly from the links below):

If you have our old app on an Apple device, you can update to the new app in the app store. Android users will need to delete the old app and download the new app.

Our current app will be deactivated on March 21, so make sure to download the new app before then!

If you need assistance downloading the app, please contact your local Washington County Library branch and a staff member will be able to help you!
