Mermaid Days: The Sunken Ship by Kyle Lukoff

Kyle Lukoff is brilliant and this book is delightful. The illustrations by Kat Uno just make things that much better! – Katelyn at Park Grove Library

The Skull by Jon Klassen

I loved reading this atmospheric tale about a lost girl who happens upon a seemingly abandoned castle. But inside there is a TALKING SKULL. This skull becomes her host and friend. It's delightful. – Olivia at Park Grove Library
