Middle Grade Book Club
This book club is for kids ages 9 and up. We meet the third Monday each month in the loft from 5-6 p.m. We'll discuss the book while doing an activity. Stop at the library to pick up a copy of the book or request it yourself through our catalog! No registration required.
The Middle Grade Book Club will undergo a change this Fall. We will be the “Kids Book Club” and meet once a month on Saturdays from 2-3pm. Each month we will read a different book and discuss the text, do an activity or craft and have great fun! Recommended for ages 9-12. No registration required.
Minnesota Book Club
The Minnesota Book Club meets at Hardwood Creek Library on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. The club focuses on books written by Minnesota authors or on books set in Minnesota.
Teen Dueling Book Club
Read one or both books for the month and discuss which one was better! Books have similar themes or stories. Reading both books is not necessary to participate in discussion. Recommended for ages 13-18. Beginning in September, the club will meet from 4:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.
Third Tuesday Book Club
Meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Hardwood Creek Library.
Third Thursday Night Adult Book Club
Meets the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Hardwood Creek Library.
